Dr. Haresh Shah has more than 32 years of private practice experience. He completed his dental education at New York University College of Dentistry in 1980 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He then took up an internship studying oral surgery and has since studied multiple specialties with the highest qualified professionals. He is continuously furthering his education with courses in dental implants, cancer screenings, prosthetics, infection control, porcelain veneers, and oral surgery.
Dr. Shah is a member in good standing of the
American Dental Association and the
Indian
Dental Association, USA. He also serves as a board member of the Advisory Committee and the New York ambassador for
NOVA
Southeastern
University College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Shah also spent time overseas teaching oral hygiene and basic dental care to underserved populations.

Dr. Kavi H. Shah
Cosmetic & Implant Dentist
Dr. Kavi Shah is an Implant dentist who specializes in Full Mouth Implant Reconstruction and Cosmetic Smile Restructuring for patients in need of transformation. He received his initial training at the College of Dental Medicine of Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
He then undertook a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University in Miami, Florida where he also worked with patients with physical and mental handicaps in a Special Needs clinic. He has been trained in nitrous oxide and oral sedation dentistry and enjoys working with the dentally anxious patient. The dental chair is not a fun place for most people, and everything I do is designed to make patients as confident as possible that they will be okay. I focused my residency on sedation, implant surgery & implant restorations, along with complex esthetic and prosthodontics so that I could live up to this vision. I want to strive to make sure every full mouth rehabilitation we complete is of the highest quality”.
In addition, Dr. Kavi has completed numerous additional residencies and coursework in Implantology and Oral Surgery. This involves being a leader at literature review groups and study clubs. By taking an active role in the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Dr. Shah stays involved in today’s proven improvements to bring to his patientcare.

Dr. Gargi Gajera
Implant & General Dentist
Dr. Gajera is one of those doctors every patient loves. She is always in a good mood, always positive, and even when working on a scared, little child, knows how to make the patient feel that they are in good hands. Her patients all leave with big smiles and a renewed sense of well-being. A true Southerner, Dr. Gajera attended Emory University before attending dental school in Florida at Nova Southeastern University.
Prior to joining private practice, Dr. Gajera completed a residency focused on general dentistry, implant placement and oral surgery at Winthrop University Hospital on Long Island.
Her extensive experience in dealing with patients requiring extensive dental reconstruction has given her a natural empathy and the communication skills required for a great chair side manner. Her patients benefit from her extensive knowledge in thorough and relaxed consultations where again and again patients state, "No doctor has ever spoken to me this way nor been so thorough in their evaluation.”

Dr. Peterson J. Chao received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2020. He then went on further his dental training by completing a General Practice Residency at Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn, where he developed an expertise in root canal therapies as well as functional and aesthetic full mouth rehabilitations.
Prior to dental school, Dr. Chao obtained a Masters degree in Stem Cell Biology at Rutgers University.

After graduating from Rutgers University, Dr. Heering earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Tufts University School of Dental medicine. He completed his advanced specialty education in Periodontics at Boston University. Dr. Heering is a staff periodontist at Hamilton Hospital. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Periodontics, New Jersey Society of Periodontists and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
Keeping pace with the latest advancements in periodontics is a high priority for Dr. Heering. This is reflected in the more than 50 hours of professional courses in periodontal care and implant technology which he pursues yearly. His implant experience makes him one of the top surgeons in all of New York City with well over 10,000 implants surgically placed.
On the subject of making his patients feel at ease, Dr. Heering asserts, “It goes without saying that very few people like going to the dentist. Getting dental care that may involve surgery takes even more fortitude. That’s why I do what it takes for my patients to make sure that they’re as comfortable as possible every time I see them.”

Dr. Mariah Pewarski
Orthodontist
Dr. Mariah Pewarski is an orthodontist who is passionate about creating healthy and beautiful smiles! After graduating from Harvard University, she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania. Upon completion of dental school, she returned to her favorite city New York where she finished her three year residency program in Orthodontics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center. Her experience at such prestigious and robust institutions has prepared her to work with all different specialties as we undertake the most complex of Dental cases.
Dr. Mariah is trained in all aspects of orthodontics including metal and ceramic braces, Invisalign, surgical orthodontics and temporary anchorage devices (TADs). She is excited to develop meaningful relationships with our patients and their families by positively shaping patients’ confidence with beautiful smiles. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association and New York Dental Association. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, exploring new restaurants in New York City, traveling, and exercising outdoors.
